国贸招标公司总部位于河南省郑州市，拥有2000平方米的自有产权的固定办公场所，正式人员85人，其中中高级职称达60%以上，按照国家最新规范建立了1000余人动态管理的专家库系统，并经省发改委备案认可，为招标代理项目的论证、评审和相关咨询服务提供了充分的专业技术支持平台；公司在洛阳、新乡、安阳、鹤壁、驻马店、周口、信阳等地设立了多家分支机构，业务范围覆盖全省各个地市，并延伸至北京、重庆、四川、广东等国内其他地区，最近三年（2010-2012）年均营业额16815万元。
